On the first weekend of July, Baborówko will for the first time host an international showjumping competition. The program of the CSI2* includes two Longines Ranking classes. The entry system will be open until June 8th.
The schedule is here.
The CSI2* Big Tour 145 cm and Grand Prix classes will be a chance for riders to gain Longines Ranking points.
The Middle Tour includes 130 and 135 cm competitions, with a 140 cm final, and an additional Last Chance class (at 130 cm).
The CSIYH1* will see classes for 5-year-olds (two 115 cm classes and a 120 cm final) and a joined rivalry for 6- and 7-year-olds.
Riders will also have the chance to compete in the CSI1* classes, with two rounds: Special – for less experienced athletes (two 110 cm classes and a 115 cm final) and in the Small Tour (2x 120 cm, 125 cm final).
Thinking about the youngest competitors, the organizer has prepared the CSICh and CSIP (for ponies).
The show will be played out over three days at two arenas. Baborówko Equestrian Center has an impressive sports infrastructure modernized in 2019-2021, which includes, among others, three quartz footing arenas with a seepage system, measuring at 12,000 sq m. (the largest quartz footing arena in Poland at the moment), 7,000 sq m. and 2,000 sq m. Baborówko is also famous for its great atmosphere and great organization.
Baborówko Equestrian Center has so far been well-known for organizing international eventing competitions, during which it hosted some of the most titled foreign and Polish competitors, Olympic champions, world champions and FEI ranking leaders, such as representatives of Germany: Michael Jung and Ingrid Klimke, or the British eventer Oliver Townend.
This year, apart from the eventing shows, Baborówko will debut as a playground for an international showjumping competition – Baborówko Jumping Show (July 1-3) and an international driving show with a Nations Cup – Baborówko Driving Show (September 2-4).
