Chardon and Exell are the winners of dressage at Baborówko Driving Show

The first day of the Baborówko Driving Show was marked by dressage. Both in the pairs and fours competitions, there were no surprises, as Boyd Exell and Bram Chardon took the lead. In the Polish Four-in-Hand Championships, the best performance came from Piotr Mazurek.

In the CAIO4*-H2 competition for the Agrochest Trophy, victory went to Bram Chardon, who, together with his horses Neo and Kulano, achieved a total score of 47.95. Second place was taken by the Pole, Rafał Wojtacha with Humorist R.W. and Icarus, scoring 49.48. Emma Olsson, driving Kamore and Norwold, completed the podium with 53.60.

“I’m very happy to be here. It’s my first time in Baborówko, but everything looks wonderful. The main arena is beautiful. The marathon obstacles are really good, and the people are friendly and welcoming,” said Bram Chardon, the current European Champion.

In the CAIO4*-H4 competition for the KUHN Maszyny Rolnicze Trophy, the best performance came from Boyd Exell, who, with Julius Van Hapert, Daan 8, Maestro H and Jelviro, claimed victory with a score of 35.26. Christoph Sandmann, driving Fantast, Las Vegas Jordan and Donvito VD Mulligenvree, finished second with 43.12. Third place went to Tor Van Den Berge, who drove Carbery Estate Chino, Indiana, Kerosine and Jeebert to a result of 45.85. Among the Polish drivers, the best was Piotr Mazurek.

“I was really looking forward to coming to Baborówko. We have many grass arenas for training, wonderful quartz arenas, and the main arena is beautifully decorated. This competitions is always worth the trip,” said Boyd Exell, the current World Champion.
